Print Selections

Clicking the printer icon, the Print button or selecting Print… from the Stored Illustrations options, will bring up the main Print window shown above.  The following settings should be confirmed before you click to print your output:

Destination: Select to print either to a PDF file, or to a printer.  If you select to print your output to a printer, verify your printer selection.  If you need to change your selected printer, click the up and down arrows.

Copies:  If you don’t choose a certain number of copies to print, the software automatically prints one copy. But you can change that to almost any number you’d like. Use the up and down arrows to choose how many copies of your report you want.

Pages: Select the pages you wish to print. This option does not affect your screen preview.

Color mode: Select if you would like to print in color or black and white.
