User Defined Graphs

Almost all of our sales concepts provide you with a User Defined Graphs button which, when available, is located on the left side of the Report Selections  section under the list of available reports.  The User Defined Graphs button lets you create graphs that focus on a specific year, which is most useful for reports like the Circle Summaries that are "point-in-time" graphs.  Clicking on the button will bring up the box shown below.  

Use the drop-down picklist to select the graph type you want.  Enter the year you want, and click the Add button.  When you have finished creating custom graphs, click the OK button to return to the Report Selections tab.  Your User Defined Graphs will now appear in the "Available reports" list on the left side of your screen.
