Renewal Updates Your InsMark System requires a Renewal Update every three months. If you are current on maintenance and connected to the internet, this Update will be done for you automatically (without prompting) in order to keep your System active. If you are not typically connected to the internet, the System will prompt you to connect to the internet in order to access the updates. If you are connected to the internet and your system displays a message indicating your system has expired, please call our Customer Service Department at (925) 543-0507 to re-activate your System. Quite often, this is simply from a credit card that has expired, and we need the new expiration date, or if you replaced a credit card that we have on file. Add Serial Number Use this feature only if you received an additional Serial Number. Two sources provide Serial Numbers: 1) InsMark for its retail systems, and 2) a Carrier for its site systems. If you have an existing system installed, and you acquire another system through a different source, you must add the additional Serial Number. Adding Serial Numbers will not affect your current installation(s). If you cannot locate the Serial Number for your retail system, contact InsMark's Customer Service Department at 925-543-0507 or Support@InsMark.com. If you cannot locate the Serial Number for your Site system, please contact the Carrier's home office.
